Yes, I agree that Luna has more pale imagery about her. But she is
far less significant to Harry than DD.

Yes, Hagrid is certainly important to Harry. But if we identify
the 'red' victim by appearance, this suggests the Weasleys. Both Ron
and Ginny are going (IMO) to be very important in Book 7, probably
more so than Hagrid. I'd need to read the theory at the site you
pointed out in greater detail to decide whether there are reasons
besides Hagrid's name which make him a likelier candidate.
