I got the confirmation from a German forum with a Dutch participant.
But the only conclusion is, that the Dutch translator and the Norwegian one
are convinced, that R.A.B. is Regulus.
I would be very surprised to hear that Rowling informs the translators about
anything concerning the books to come. The translators do not have any
information we do not have - otherwise there would be too much people who
could (and certainly would) spread rumours about things we should not know.
