I just don't see AD participating in the ultimate of Dark Magic.  
He is (or was) the ultimate opponent of the dark side, and I just 
can't believe he would have done that.  He's the one that kept 
telling Harry that one thing Voldemort never understood is that 
there are worse things than death.
