I agree with Renee that the sitation was such that if Snape decided 
to kill DD in order to save Draco, Harry, himself and remove the DEs 
from Hogwarts before someone else is killed, I for one would not 
find him guilty of murder, I would say that he had to take a quick 
decision in a situation of great stress and that his choice may have 
been the lesser evil. However, I agree with Alla: I can not see DD 
pleading for Snape to follow this path, especially given the 
"killing hurts the soul" theory. I can believe that DD would 
understand and forgive, yes, but not plead. JMO, of course.
