I don't think that this locket is the one, since there's no mentioning 
of the any markings on the locket. The Locket in question is supposed to 
have the Slytherin Snake on it, and I hope and think they would pay a 
little more attention to a locket with such an evil brand on it, 
especially if it can't be opened.
