I think you are forgetting our friend Peter Pettigrew who was a Gryffindor.  Yes, Hagrid says "There's not a single witch or wizard who went bad who wasn't in Slytherin" but PP certainly proves that wrong. . At least for a time, Sirius Black, former Gryffindor, was considered to have 'gone bad' although we know that is not the case.   I'm sure there are others we don't know about yet.
