I confess I can't think of any reason for Snape not to tell Bellatrix  that
he delayed notifying the Order of Harry's suspected journey to the  DoM. 
If he's ESE! then he has no reason to keep it quiet. If he's DD's  Man,
then he had no reason to delay notifying the Order in the first place.  I
can only conclude that this time delay comes  down to JKR's well-known 
difficulties applying maths.

Helping dispose of Sirius was part of the consequence of Snape delaying
informing the order about Harry rushing off to the ministry.  After all, he
knew Harry thought Sirius was there.  I've considered most of his meaning
about that to be the information he could have provided, but the delay, if
there was one, certainly fits there too.
