Did I miss something?  I don't recall anything in canon that says that  Bella 
is an occlumens, or knows how to train someone else in that particular  art.  
I don't think she does know it - and after a dozen years in Azkaban,  with 
the dementors, I don't think she'd have been able to maintain it if she  did.
