Yes, if there are some problems regarding the time in the Potterverse, 
I mostly assume it's a Flint. I also think that for example the missing 
24 hours between the murder of Lily and James and Dumbledore delivering 
Harry to the Dursleys are simply that, a Flint.

But if you reread my previous post, than you'll see that in this case I 
actually had some canon that make me believe it is a Flint. Bellatrix 
told Snape, that the kids were joined by the Order "in no time". Even 
if she were lying to save her face, than why didn't Snape correct  
her? "No, they did not appear at once. You had a lot of time. I know 
because I purposefully waited before I gave them the message." Snape 
was in a snarky mood and gave several snide remarks to Bella's 
comments. I do not think he wouldn't have used the opportunity to annoy 
her further.
