I think that, unfortunately, that Dumbledore is dead.  Firstly, he fell off the tower after the curse and, no one   can survive such a fall.  Secondly I think that if he could survive such a fall he would have to change in to some or other animal.  We don't no if he could change, of course, but, if he could, I think that he was much to weak to do that.
