I love the idea, but I truly believe that if Dumbledore *had* hidden
Regulus, he would have told Sirius about it.  I think he would want
the brothers reunited, especially considering Sirius's past dealings
with his family.  And, if Dumbledore *had* said something of the sort
to Sirius, I think we would have heard about it too.  I'm totally
behind the idea that there is an original "You cannot be killed if
you are already dead" wizard.  It's fun to speculate who that may be.
(On a side note, I'm really curious to know what happened to
Andromeda- Sirius says "Andromeda *was* my favorite cousin," which
suggests to me that she's dead).  I agree that Regulus will be a huge
deal in Book 7 (which is why I think he's RAB, but that's a different
thread)- why else would Rowling bring him up?
