Hog's Head owner

I have figured out that Dumbledore's brother is the owner of the Hog's Head. Dumbledore says he is friendly with Aberforth in book 6. Harry thinks he looks sort of familiar to Harry and the bar smells somewhat of goats which is what he was tried for-practicing inappropriate charms on a goat and he's not very smart which would explain how Umbridge knew about the group so quickly.
