Katie replies:
  I don't think Harry has EVER gotten over ANY of the deaths he's 
experienced. Cedric's death, Sirius's death, or his parents' deaths. 
And in HBP, I felt like his whole personality had been (appropriately)
changed by Sirius' death. Just because he wasn't sobbing or moaning 
about Sirius constantly doesn't mean he wasn't grieving. I lost my 
father when I was 17, and my grief process was very unlike an adult's 
might have been. I basically partied and spent money until I ran out 
of energy to do that, and then the actual sitting around crying set 
in. Teenagers and grief are a weird mixture. I think it's very 
obvious that Harry has been deeply affected and altered by his 
losses.
