Ok, I admit, I probably wasn't attentive enough to Harry's feeling after all. More subtle signs of his grief were somewhat lost for me, because I was too much interested in the plot, I suppose. It's just the contrast between how Harry openly showed his negative emotions in OOP and how he didn't in the beginning of HPB seemed rather striking to me. But then again, he did change a lot between these two books.
