But Harry didn't.  Harry wasn't thinking about protecting himself at 
all.  He stood there in shock watching Draco cry, stood in full view of 
Draco while Draco attempted to pull himself together.  Stood without 
moving until Draco finally looked up and spotted Harry staring at him 
from the doorway.

So I guess Harry needs to turn in his wand now? <g>
