Hallowed Halls??

Has anyone thought of Hallows as it is used in "the hallowed halls"?

When I heard the title I thought of the secret rooms and veil in the Ministry of Magic.  I don't know that is an ominous place that I think of.
   
Possibly where the last battle will be fought? Or where Harry may find help?
