Krum using that Unforgivable Curse because it effectively means a
wizard can indirectly cast spells VIA another wizard, even if he
or she doesn't know them, and it suggests that (as I mentioned in an
earlier post) Krum could Imperius someone else, who could Imperius
someone else, and so on ad infinitem, enabling one wizard who knows the
Imperius curse to indirectly control an infinite number of others.
