I don't remember reading anything about what the Draught of Peace 
does, but presumably it shouldn't cause the screaming, delusional 
agony that Dumbledore underwent after drinking it, unless brewed 
incorrectly.  Or are you saying that he overdosed because he had to 
drink so much of it?  Regardless of the ingredients, and what they 
might do individually when overdosed, I don't think a potion 
called "peace" would cause Dumbledore's symptoms.
