It doesn't mean that at all!

JKR has told us that the last chapter of Book 7 will be an epilogue. That 
can cover a multitude of sins. Harry can be undertaking an Auror course 
- or even have finished it. 

He might have married Ginny although I still see him as a darkly handsome 
and inscrutable bachelor.

It depends as to how far JKR projects her epilogue into the PVA 
(post-Voldemort era).
