To comment on what was said about Ron proforming the spell on
Scabbers on the HE, it's not that the spell was false it's probabaly
a working spell.  But considering the fact that Scabbers is actually
Peter Pettigrew the spell wouldn't work (...turn this stupid fat RAT
yellow...")
