BAW:
We don't know that.  We don't know all what was in the letter DD left with baby
Harry.  It might well have included instructions as to what to do if they were
unwilling to keep Harry.  We do know that DD asked them to raise Harry as their
son, which they certainly did not do.  We have seen that the WW takes vows,
promises, and contracts very, very seriously.
