My impression of the Fidelius Charm is that the giving away of the 
secret requires an active choice by the Secret Keeper, so that 
Veritaserum, the Imperius Curse, or Legilimency could not be used on an 
unwilling person to obtain the secret. I'm not sure if I got htis idea 
from a quote I read somewhere, or just the interior of my skull...

I would assume Crucio or Muggle torture is a different matter. But 
Sirius strikes me as someone who would believe he could withstand 
torture.
