Assuming for the sake of the argument that it is DD place to decide
what kind of man Harry will turn into, if it is even possible to do
so,
I wonder why would Dumbledore be so concerned about Harry growing up
like James? Because we see one scene displaying James as a bully at
fifteen?
We also hear everybody saying only good words about him, we know
Lily fell in love with him, we know he defied Voldemort three times,
we know he died as a hero. I think Dumbledore would have been proud
if Harry grew up displaying James best qualities and I think he
already does. And of course considering the fact that Harry has two
parents, he was bound to end up with some of Lily qualities as well,
IMO of course.
Oh, and I wonder if you could point me to canon for James being
spoiled, please? In fact in the interview JKR said that James and
Lily worked when they really did not need to, that suggest to me
that James was taught the value of hard work, but that is just me of
course.

That's funny, from what little we know about Krum, he looked as a
very decent young man to me, despite having a fun club. IMO of
course.
