Eddie:
Sorry to reply to my own post.  I just saw a post that suggested maybe
Harry would inherit Slytherin's cracked black ring from Dumbledore,
and could then use it to taunt Voldemort.  So my new thought: Harry
could send the ring/locket/whatever to Voldy via Hedwig.
