Diego:
I remember having read (though I can't come up with a quote at the
moment) that if a wizard doesn't want to be find, no owl would be able
to get to their current location. It was also stated explicitly that
this sort of thing (using an owl to discover some wizard hideout)
wouldn't work for said reason.
