Do we have any evidence that Bella is the "true owner" of Number 12
Grimmauld Place?  Sure, she's part of the Black clan, but that
doesn't mean her particular part of the Black family has any claim
to the house.

Number 12 belonged to Sirius' immediate family and upon his
death, Harry inherited the house and its elf.
