But even so, that's more alike than not. Ireland is still Ireland. 
Translylvania may now be divided between Romania and Hungary, but it, too, 
was a Muggle designated place at one time. It seems to fit in with other 
things in the WW that are old-fashioned, but still Muggle. Just Muggle at a 
certain time, not modern, but not ancient. At least that's how it feels to 
me.
