Can't see Harry's Scar??

This is my opinion and thoughts.  On the UK version you can see the
scar but on the US version it is not predominately shown as it was on
the previous covers.  A wisp of hair is covering the area where the
scar should be.  Why?  Also the two covers depict two different time
periods in Harry's quest.  I think the UK version is depicting his
quest for the horcruxes in the beginning and the US version is
depicting the final showdown.  Just my thoughts
