Right, what I am thinking is that if there is another spy, it is a 
known character, so if big blondie is a spy, it is a masked order 
member.

Let me refer you to awesome post by Constance Vigilance called "

While I am not sure I buy Snape's part, I totally love the other 
possibilities :)
