Cassy: 

Giving Harry such a choice would be quite in LV's
carachter, methinks, but I really don't see how it
would bring LV's end. OK, Harry decides to sacrifies
himself, LV kills him and what? Suddenly gets
destroyed himself too with no apparant reason? Or the
AK bounces off Harry and kills LV? Well, maybe LV
kills Harry and then attempts to destroy
Hermione/Ron/Ginny and spell bounces off them, but I
don't think JRK would use one plot device twice. At
least I hope she won't
