Katie, check out the timeline on the Harry Potter Lexicon; they have 
calculated all these dates.  There's also another thread about this 
somewhere here -- I think it's been determined that the Weasley parents 
would've been in their 70s ... making them contemporaries of Tom 
Riddle, actually!
