Like you, after reading about Snape's *source* in the Order, and that the Ministry has been 
infiltrated by the Death Eaters, I was terrified to read in that same scene you mentioned, 
on p.74, DH US edition:

"I'll prove who I am, Kingsly, after I've seen my son, now back off if you know what's good 
for you!"
Harry had never heard Mr. Weasley shout like that before.
End quote.

The scene ends without Mr. Weasley proving he's himself, and so I spent the rest of the 
book with the terrible feeling that Arthur had been imperiod... Thank goodness I was 
wrong!
