Well, not really, imo.  Please recall the scene at the Ministry where 
Voldemort has possessed Harry.  What was it that forced Voldemort to 
leave Harry without having defeated him?  What was it that meant 
Voldemort could not stay inside of Harry?  Love, of course, and it was 
his love for Sirius, his remembrance of Sirius, that made those 
feelings rise up in Harry and dispel Voldemort.

"And I'll see Sirius again...

And as Harry's heart filled with emotion, the creature's coiled 
loosened, the pain was gone..." [OotP, UK hardback, p. 720].

Not disagreeing with this part.  Just thinking that Sirius was quite 
*important* as well.
