It was Charlie who was at Hogwarts for the first task with the dragons. Bill
accompanied his mother to the final task, where they supported Harry ... the
other competitors had their parents and family there. Fleur first cruised
Bill on the morning of the task, when all the competitors and the families
met after breakfast.
