Contributors to this thread might be interested to have a look back at a
short thread entitled "How did Hagrid get to the Hut-on-the-Rock?". It
began on 07/12/05, the first message being 144248.
There are one or two other ideas put forward there which might trigger
some more thoughts in the present discussion.
