Kemper now:
If you sleep with someone else and don't tell your spouse.  And your
spouse doesn't ask if you slept with anyone else.  You broke vows and
your marriage is a lie whether your spouse knows it or not, you're
still a cheat.

I personally don't care that Harry lied by omission to Slughorn or
lied directly to Snape; but I know that he cheated.
