Yes, precisely. I am pretty sure I reposted this post by Dicentra maybe 
even more than once. It is called "Dumbledore wrote book 1"

Personally I found her points to be spot on and see no way around them.

Actually, no that is not true. One of my best buddies on list yesterday 
showed me a possible way around point number 9, but that is about it 
for me so far :(
