He isn't going to school. James says he is there seeing Victoire off to 
school. Teddy would be 19, Victoire is obviously Bill and Fleur's 
daughter, most likely born within a year or two of the destruction of 
Voldemort (henced the name meaning "Victory") which would make her 17-
18 and off to her 7th year. Teddy is just saying goodbye.
