Yep you're right, but I don't think there can be any question that if
anyone could figure out a way *around* an unbeatable wand it would be
Dumbledore.  I figure he didn't try to beat the wand at all and
cleverly figured a way to bypass the wand and overcome Grindelwald
himself by some means during the battle. This would make Dumbledore
the Master of the wand and it would be useless to Gr beyond that
point. I would like to see that legendary duel, I wonder if JKR will
write it into her encyclopaedia.
