Lisa:

Well, that was one of the many reasons I didn't like Mr. Lovegood AT 
ALL.  It implied to me that Mr. Lovegood thought that if one were 
invisible, they could use that invisibility to steal from others.  I 
got a bad vibe from him the whole time the trio was at that house, 
and not just because he was contacting the Ministry about Harry being 
in his house.

He wouldn't shake Harry's hand upon meeting him.  He only reluctantly 
let them in the house.  Sure, that can be explained by fear -- for 
himself and for Luna.

Who sold him the Erumpent horn?  He calls himself a "Quester," as one 
being on the Hallows Quest -- so he's interested in the power of the 
Hallows, as well.  Interesting.  I'm not sure where that leads me ... 
but it's interesting.
