Muggle/wizard world.
How do muggleborn kids get on to Platform 9 3/4, Harry got there by sheer  
luck. How did Mr and Mrs Granger get into Diagon Alley? (CoS, p47) when muggles  
have been charmed not to see the Leaky Cauldron.
How did Hermione get away with practising spells before she got on board  the 
Hogwarts express (PS, p79) 
There's probably more but it just jars a bit to read that when there is a  
big deal around the secrecy of Magic and the fforts of the MOM to keep the WW  
under wraps.
