No, definitely not. :-) I think it's the other way around, you are such 
a great traveller into beyond the obvious, that you are doing JKR's job.
You know, discovering clever clues and good messages that are just not 
there.

But he was, in the most horrible way. "Keep an eye on Quirrel" indeed.

Oh, and going back to book 4, when we all wondered - how come false 
Moody takes such a huge risk, telling Snape he'd searched his office on 
Dumbledore's orders, surely Snape will never believe that and it all 
will come out when he runs to Dumbledore? It's quite obvious now that 
there was no risk of that - Snape could easily believe that of 
Dumbledore, given the relationship we are shown in book 7.
