This scene is from the movie, not from the book, sorry :-). Lucius 
Malfoy never attended any Quidditch games at Hogwarts. In CoS he 
appeared at the school twice, once in Hagrid's cabin and another time - 
at the end of the book, but this is it, no Quidditch games :-).
