My apologies if this has been quoted earlier (I did run a search and it 
didn't turn up anything).

I was re-reading DH and this line caught my eye: Chap The Tale of the 
Three Brothers.
"Wands are only as powerful as the wizard swho use them. Some wizards 
just like to boast that theirs are bigger and better than other 
people's"

It's a bit like the line earlier in the book when Ron is giving Harry a 
lesson in impressing girls "...and it's not all wandwork either..."

Hmmm
