I haven't read all the way down this thread yet, so I don't know if 
this one was mentioned, but I felt that Draco Malfoy should have been 
more helpful (to the trio) during that scene in the Manor.  By this 
point, he's seen how horrible things have become for his family under 
the Death Eaters, and I think it should have been more like, "Look 
Draco, is this Potter and his friends?"

He says something like "I don't know, yeah it could be them" but I 
thought he should have tried to help them a little.  "This girl's as 
ugly as Granger, but her teeth are too small."  So they know he still 
hates them, but doesn't want them dead, and doesn't want Voldemort to 
win.
