Happens regardless of war in the armed forces.  This is slightly different,
of course, but one of my barracks-mates when I was in basic was a little
person (dwarf).  They wanted her for the intelligence service. She spent her
first two days in basic getting her specially fitted uniforms together.
Nope. I'm not pulling the group leg here.
