While that's true, if these kids decided to become braver or want to
learn more at age 12, it would be too late for them to ever go to
Hogwarts. Therefore, yes, I consider the behaviour of Gryffindor and
Ravenclaw pretty flawed as well. Nonetheless, I don't recall either of
them hiding a monster inside Hogwarts to kill everyone who ist cowardly
or stupid.
