QUESTIONS
1. I still don't get this "like a lover" stuff between Bellatrix &
Voldemort. What *was* their relationship, in your opinion? What
about Rodolphus, her husband? Was theirs a marriage of convenience?
Did he not care, or did he know that if he did show he cared,
Voldemort would kill him?

Marianne:

I read somewhere, this is not canon, that Bella really, truly loved
Voldemort. Given the chance she would have married LV, but she
married Rodolphus out of duty to the family and he's a pureblood.
Gotta keep the bloodlines pure.

As for a "relationship". I think Voldemort thought of Bella as just
another DE. I highly doubt he had any feelings for her beyond
a "working" relationship. Bella might be capable of loving LV, but
LV wouldn't be capable of loving her back. Even if they did have a
physical relationship LV probably would be thinking in terms of
having lots of baby DE to raise and carry on the tradition. I don't
think he'd be emotionally capable of raising children except to teach
them to be evil.

11. There has been quite a varied response to Molly Weasley in this
scene. What is yours?

Marianne: Oh yes. NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH! It's my favorite
quote out of the book. The statement surprised me in the beginning,
I wouldn't of thought of that coming out of her mouth, but then I
thought "All right Molly. Get her."

Molly is a mother. And her mother instincts, I call it the "Mamma
Bear" instinct, has kicked in. She's already lost one son, and she
isn't about to allow Bella to take out another one of her children.
Molly will protect her children to the death. And she did.

Just my opinions.
