Yes. Interestingly, we see the same Molly having real trouble getting rid of even a boggart as it shows images of all her loved ones dead. When her greatest fear had indeed come true in the form of Fred's death, I think it unleashed an indescribably intense grief and rage in her. Hence, her uttering words that she would have never allowed her children to use and her taking on a very powerful witch like Bellatrix all by herself. I think this scene was written well, especially in view of Mrs Weasley's Woes chapter in OoTP.
Just a thought.
