LOL, I have a feeling Harry could still kick some ass, even without
the Elder Wand. I can't imagine anyone else being able to (or
willing to) replicate the kinds of experimental stuff that Voldy did
to himself during his lifetime -- especially since it didn't work in
the end -- so I wouldn't think that any new Dark Wizard on the scene
would present quite the difficulty in destroying him/her as Voldy
did.
And heck, if *I* were a rising Dark Lord (Dark Lady?), I think I'd
stay as far away from Monsieur Potter as I could for as long as I
could. ;)
Your post did get me thinking about something I'd not before: *Do*
the witnesses to this Battle at Hogwarts know that Harry had the
Elder Wand? Is it obvious by just watching that it was some super-
special wand, or do they just know that something really wacky
happened when Harry & Voldy threw their curses at one another?
I ask, because I'm inclined to think that not many people actually
knew that was the Elder Wand. Ron & Hermione... DD, who won't be
telling a soul... Harry himself, of course... but who else?
